Figured I'd start a dedicated thread for people to discuss what they would like to see in the upcoming PS4 remaster.
Personally, I would like to see at least some of the original cut-content from the PSX version. Stuff like the Jabberwocky chase level, The Muddy Bank, The Coffin Vaults etc. A bonus level where you get to ride the combine harvester as an alternate way out of The Scarecrow Fields would be really cool, as well.
With regards to playability, what do you guys think could be improved on? I get that the camera needs to be drastically improved, but how could it be done without tampering with the original vibe of the game?
Also, the big one. Aesthetic. To me personally, Resurrection kind of lacked some of the magic of the gritty, harrowing original. I think I would definitely like to see a callback to the Tim Burton influences with a crisp stop-animation feel, something that I think would work really well with modern graphical capabilities. How do you think the game should look?
I want to see two orginal games remaked fully MediEvil 1 remaked in Tim Burtons Nightmare Nefore Christmas style MediEvil 2 remaked little more realistic in steampunk style because it is set in victorian age after all.
And above all I want devs to listen what do fans want!
I want to see as well the remake of the original twos on PSX, and not that joke of a version of Resurrection. Also, I'd like an extra content, like the behind the scenes with interviews and concept art.

Behind the scenes stuff would be great, though I doubt they would bother to ask any of the old crew back sadly. I'd like to see a 'best of both worlds' with Medievil 1 but I wonder how much they will slide towards Resurrection, just because it might be easier to do so.
