Just doing this for fun basically. But anyway, I just finished work on my pages showcasing various artworks and models I made for some of my older games, and thought I'd share them here for everyone to have a look at.
Concept arts: lajnus.com/concepts_gamemaker.html
3D Models: lajnus.com/models_gamemaker.html
I have no idea if there's as much interest(if any) in this kind of stuff for games made with Game Maker(or GameMaker Studio as it's known as today) compared to video games, but since time just keeps on passing I simply thought it would be best of me to look back at my old stuff and try to document it all and archive these things on my site, or I may forget most of these details as my memory of it all fades.
Whether it all falls into your interest or not, the thread's here anyway just in case. I've got a few more models to get up on my 3D models page.
Speaking about models, I've long been looking for a solution to convert my old 3D Canvas/Crafter models into one of the more commonly used formats so I can preserve them for the future. No matter how many variations of searches I make on Google for a .3DC to (insert other format here) converter or plugin for importing into Blender, I can't even find anything. No reverse engineering on the .3DC format appear to have been made either.
I know paid versions of 3D Crafter are able to export models to other formats, but I don't feel like paying $$s just to be able to export my models to different formats. There has got to be better solutions out there on the net. If anyone knows of some utility that could do the trick, then just let me know.
