Not sure if I'm breaking any rules by simply asking this...
Anyway, on the historia wiki there's a page that lists various (mostly stripped down) demo versions of MediEvil found on demo discs that were given out or included with gaming magazines during the PSX's lifespan. Within that page is also a section for actual prototype versions of the game.
Besides the .31 and .35 ones, there's also pages for possibly earlier (and maybe even later) builds. These were the ones that caught my eye:
This has me a bit confused. I thought .31 and .35 were the only builds released this year. I looked through the isos on my harddrive with a hex editor for the MEDRES.MWD creation date to see if any of them matched the ones listed on the wiki. Found no matching strings though.
I'm not asking for any links to these builds(if they're even public, that is), I'm just confused as to why these builds are listed on the wiki in the first place. Maybe there's something new going on that I'm not aware of and I'm just completely missing it...
Just some guy who likes Conker's Bad Fur Day for the N64, but I've known and played the Medievil games since I was a little kid. Also love tearing apart games to see what stuff was left on the cutting floor.
