(Edit: I found out that pretty much all image and text files in the GameMaker Game Assets archive can't be viewed if the format is .7z, so I uploaded a .zip file as well where such files can actually be viewed. BMP files might take longer to fully display though.)
So, it has been a fair while since I've been here. Not sure if anybody's even gonna see this thread, seeing that Discord is what most have probably moved to. I do have a discord account, but I haven't been there for quite a long time. Finding the nature of instant messaging to be a bit stressful tbh.
Anyhow, I've been having a go at uploading my own things to the Internet Archive as of recently. This includes videos I posted(and didn't post) on my Youtube Channel, old Nintendo 64 hacking docs of mine(gameshark codes, research, values documentation for some of my codes, old project 64 cheat files, and so on), and even every single build for all my GameMaker games. The newest thing of mine to be uploaded there are all the assets made for most of those games of mine (mostly assets made outside of GameMaker). Here's the link to my Internet Archive page in case it's of interest: archive.org/details/@lucybonessquirrel
The reason I made myself a Internet Archive account are primarily because I've been long wanting to share my things with the world(game assets, games; final and prototype versions, and the other stuff previously mentioned). I figured that at some point in my life I may no longer be able to hold on to all those files, and rather than letting them forever sit on my external harddrive I decided that it'd be better to make them available for people to have a look at.
Anyway, I hope that there'll be some form of interest for the things I've put up so far. May not be to everyone's taste or liking, but at least I'm glad I finally took the step to upload all my stuff to the IA. I'm planning to upload more stuff in the future, so what's on there right now is not all there is.
